When the machine tool is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to wear gloves or touch the rotating parts of the machine. Never pass objects across a running lathe. Workpiece loading/unloading, tool installation, lubrication and chip removal must all be performed after the machine is stopped. Use brushes or hooks to remove iron chips - never use bare hands.
2. Never measure workpieces or attempt to stop a rotating chuck by hand during operation. When using sandpaper, please place it on a file holder. Operating sandpaper with gloves is prohibited. Do not use torn sandpaper or files without handles.
3. Operators must not leave the machine during operation. If abnormal operation is observed, please immediately stop the machine and request maintenance. In case of sudden power failure, turn off the machine immediately and retract tools from the workpiece.
4. After completing machining, please remove all chips and wipe down the machine to maintain cleanliness of both the equipment and surrounding area.
5. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the machine. Please keep children away and prevent them from playing near the equipment.
6. Never touch cutting tools, please moving machine components or rotating workpieces during operation.

Operating Instructions
1. Mount the workpiece properly and lubricate the guide rails to meet machine requirements before starting operation.
2. Remove the chuck wrench and any loose workpiece attachments immediately after loading/unloading.
3. Adjust the tailstock, handwheel, etc. to proper positions as needed for machining, then securely fasten/clamp them.
4. During the feeding process, the tool should gradually approach the workpiece to avoid impact, while maintaining a uniform speed during carriage reciprocation. When changing tools, ensure proper clearance is maintained between the tool and workpiece at all times.

Item Included (057195)
DIY Mini Lathe *1
Accessory Kit *1
